Less than scary . . . The Apparition

Shot in 2010, and released on a dead weekend in 2012 with hopes that bored people wouldn’t notice it’s lack of, well, anything, The Apparition shows what happens when paranormal investigation goes horribly wrong. I detailed my thoughts over at buzzymag.

An excerpt:
This one was creepy, not scary. Lots of scary noises followed by . . . nothing. Think the theme from Jaws, and then no shark.Big letdown. There’s some poltergeist type–activity, all of which happens when no one is looking.
